A New Level of Glorious Undoing and the Heavy Rain of His Goodness

On a recent morning, as I was worshipping the Lord, I heard the words, "My goodness is going to break open your heart in new ways, that will release a new song of praise to Me, that is going to see the walls of Jericho in your life come tumbling down."

There were so many divine surprises opening up, glorious provisions and breakthroughs for God's people. Where there has been high, high walls around their promised land, this was the seventh time around. The people of God have been going around and around the walls the past seven years, and now it is time to move into taking what is theirs.

I also saw such a rain of His goodness! As it rained over God's people, it manifested in such beautiful ways. All the manifestations were different, because they were expressions of love from Papa God that were meaningful and individual to each person.

It's not only beginning to rain, but HEAVY RAIN! A huge outpouring of His goodness. It will be as if you are standing under a huge, heavy waterfall – being re-energized, refreshed, and broken open, undone, in a whole new glorious way. As you step into His invitation, He is breaking open your heart by His love and goodness in such glorious new ways that you are about to experience new depths of His love you have not known before.

Deep Groanings of Praise Terrify the Enemy and Shake the Walls

Out of that place I saw such deep groaning coming out of the people of God, out of their spirit – groanings that words could almost not contain what was being released, and suddenly a new level of praise was breaking out. This sound of praise that was being released from the core of God's people was terrifying the enemy and terrifying the walls around God's promises to them. The enemy and walls were beginning to shake.

A New Sound Coming is Going to Break More Ground in a Day than Ever Before

There are new sounds of worship, such glorious new sounds of praise that are carrying a much heavier anointing of breakthrough and victory. A new sound is coming upon the sound of praise that is taking worship to a whole new level of breakthrough – shekinah glory coming like we have not seen before. It's a new sound. Where there have been beautiful sounds and breakthrough anointings on worship in past seasons, there is now more coming, but it is going to look completely new.

This new sound being released from the heart of God, as the people of God flow in it, is going to break more ground in a day than what was seen in months or years.

What will flow out of your mouth in these huge, heavy rain moments of His Spirit is releasing a weight of praise that is so weighty that it is causing atmospheres to shift, walls to crumble, and the enemy to flee.

Stay in Your Creative Praise Lane and Keys of Wisdom Will be Birthed to You

Do not look to other people's expressions of praise and the sounds coming out of their mouths, but allow the flow of praise to Him flow out of you in the expression of creativity that is yours.

As the people of God were praising, these deep groanings of praise were birthing things. And when I looked closer, I saw that the very things that were being birthed were KEYS. Keys, and keys, and more keys. Keys to breakthrough, new realms, and depths of revelation. In the heart-to-heart connection with the Lord, in the intensity of the fire of His love, keys that many have been looking for in many ways but have not found them, were suddenly being released in this deep, deep place of communion with Papa.

These keys were sudden impartations of wisdom, sudden impartations of revelation, of prophetic insight, of "light bulb moments," of healing, of freedom, of joy. These keys carried the sense with them of "My people know exactly what they are to do."

They were such keys of heavy, heavy wisdom, and they were not coming cheaply. They were coming from a place where the people of God had continued to press through, where they had continued to remain faithful and keep Him in His rightful place as the King of kings and Lord of lords. They were coming out of the place of pressing through the pain and still crying out, "God is good!" – out of the place of unwavering faithfulness to Him. They were tried by fire, and continued to stand – not in a sense of "earning" anything, but in a lovesick commitment to the Lord. A dedicated, radical, laid down lover lifestyle of "YES" no matter what.

These "wisdom keys" are going to unlock the areas where there has been a lot of "waiting" and turn situations to "weighty." A place of seeing the glory and power of God manifest in such incredible ways that the people of God will experience the weighty, manifested presence of God in tangible ways. The atmosphere of those "waiting" places will suddenly shift.

Wisdom Keys for Government Will Also be Released

I also saw these "wisdom keys" being released again for government. This time the keys were bigger and heavy, and I felt the Lord saying that there is an increase of insight and revelation coming to intercede for government and governmental arenas, and new doors of breakthrough opening up in governments across the world to bring the light of God in and to extend in further ways. I saw the light and goodness of God moving through government buildings as the people of God were praying. There is a new level of the glorious goodness and light of God breaking through, bringing life in every place it touches.

I also saw the Lord revealing Himself in flames of fiery love, revealing Himself in His holiness like He did with Moses and the burning bush. He is wanting to bring a cleansing and purifying to governmental arenas through the expressions of the fire of His love, the good news of the beautiful love of Jesus being released and manifested.

A whole new realm and shift in government will manifest as the people of God move together in unity, leaving aside political agendas, and cry out to the Lord, praying and declaring the wisdom keys He is releasing. There is a weighty "crucial turning point" in the spirit over many governmental arenas in nations in this season. God is wanting to break through and break out, and the wisdom of Heaven is going to be poured out in heavy rain.

Before getting up to minister recently, my wife sensed that I was battling intimidation. She leaned over to me and whispered, "Your new name is 'Confidence!'" Immediately, a lion roared on the inside of me and an alarm went off in Hell. I rose up to minister and the Lion of the Tribe of Judah took over the meeting. The Lord is renaming you today also. Your new name is "Confidence!"

I will change your name
You shall no longer be called
Wounded, outcast, lonely or afraid
I will change your name
Your new name shall be
Confidence, joyfulness, overcoming one
Faithfulness, friend of God
One who seeks My face

Laying Aside

I have found a key that unlocks the cage of that Lion who lives inside of us as Believers. "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us" (Hebrews 12:1)

"Laying aside" is a powerful command that changes our perspective. When you lay something aside it is still there but you don't focus on it, for the next verse says, "Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith." Now when intimidation attacks me, I have learned to lay it aside and do what God has called me to do.

The devil works overtime to steal our confidence to do the work of the Lord. But we are not alone. The Lord allows our insecurities and fears to be exposed to deal with the root of them. So be encouraged and don't stop. When you feel insecure or fearful, lay it aside and get up and let the Lion roar. God is faithful. "Faithful is He who has called you who will also do it" (1 Thessalonian 5:24).

I received an email recently from a dear sister who plays the piano for masses. She was fighting insecurity about performing perfectly at a special upcoming ceremony. I sensed the Lord giving me this word for her, "Lay aside your fear. Jesus will play the piano." Hours later she sent me this response:

PRAISE REPORT! I just finished a run through the music and Jesus did indeed play the piano! I had to keep reminding myself that He was doing it and I didn't need to stick my nose in. When I first saw my friend Rachel she asked me if I was ready. Very unlike me, I answered, "Yes!" PTL

The Root of All Fears

Most of our insecurity and fears are surface symptoms with a deep root. The Lord deals with our weaknesses to make us strong. I have battled insecurity and fear most of my life. It started the moment my head hit the road so hard that it caused a bone growth on my forehead. The bike wreck happened when I was five. The trauma of what followed with surgery and doctor check-ups for most of my younger years opened the door to a giant fear. A door that never got shut until recently.

I spoke at a conference recently in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. I was checking out hotel prices. They were so high I wouldn't have been able to sleep at night. I kept looking around for a reasonable priced one. I found it. 'The Cemetery Inn" near the battlefields. Arriving home after that weekend, greeting my wife, she said, "So and so called and he wants you to call him about those two cemetery plots he offered you a long time ago." I couldn't help but think.

I just came from The Cemetery Inn and now someone is offering me two cemetery plots at half price. The half price concerned me too. I said, "Lord, I don't like the timing of this. I just came from ministering for You all weekend. What is going on?" Two days later I was to meet the brother at the cemetery memorial park to sign the transfer papers. After I arrived I got tired of waiting in the office for him so I went outside.

When I walked outside all I could see were grave markers. As an eerie feeling came over me, the Lord spoke, "Son, this is the root of all your fears your whole life. Every doctor visit and the fear of every report of your physical exams. You are afraid to die. You battled it since the moment your head hit the road when you were five years old. When you were seven with a brain tumor death hounded you again. Then fourteen years ago with a blood clot in the artery of your heart with a fifty-fifty chance of survival it stampeded you again. Three days later with a heart catheterization your heart stopped on that table and they jumped it back to beat again. Have you noticed by now I have never let you die? I still hold the keys to Hell, death and the grave."

He continued, "What do you think about the Scripture that says, 'To be absent from the body is to be present with Me?' No pain, no doctors, no devil. Fully alive in My unspeakable presence forever and ever? What are your thoughts on this?"

For a moment I was speechless. He was right. I just faced my worst fear that had made me vulnerable to an endless list of others. And I failed to compare it to eternity. That day I found peace in a cemetery. As I left those grave markers, He spoke again,

"By the way son, the same power that raised Jesus from the grave lives in you. Go live. Go live. Don't be afraid of living. Enjoy every minute of it."

What's your fear?

Losing a loved one, a job, or your reputation? Maybe you are afraid to die and afraid to live. Drag your fears to Jesus today. Let His peace envelop you and His perfect love cast out all fear. Tell Him you are in this for the long haul no matter what.

God's Crazy Love Does It

In my worship time recently I heard the Lord whisper,

"I'm crazy about you Bill. I'm absolutely crazy about you."

I said, "What? Lord, why would You be crazy about me? I fall so short of Your glory." He said, "I know, but you trust Me. You still trust Me to do what you cannot do. That thrills Me. That's what makes Me crazy about you."

How about you? Do you know that you can thrill Him? Trust Him today and you will experience His crazy love for you and His peace that surpasses all understanding. 'Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus.' The Lord would rather have us trust Him than figure Him out.

CHRISTMAS OUTREACH report

OUTREACH OVERVIEW

Christmas and New Year festivals are cerebrated in large numbers of people in Africa. In Zambia, spatially in the villages, big clouds of people gather together to drink and dance. It is for this reason the Christmas outreach was introduced, using the influence of the Christian youths to have a great soul harvest.

260 youth leaders came together for a 2 days training in one to one evangelism on 23 -24^th December. These then where sent back to their areas to lead groups of 24 youths per each trained youth leader. These came from 260 Churches in 13 areas. The goal of the Christmas outreach was to win close or more than 500,000 souls during the Christmas and new year festivals. This was done by sending out 6500 youths in the mission field with a target to win 78 souls each youth in 14 days. Thus each youth had a target of wining 6 souls per day. 13 areas had 20 groups of youths doing evangelism per area.

TRAINING 

Pastors giving instructions on how to evangelize to individuals and groups. Warning them to be careful as they go out. Many people would be drank and the youths needed to be careful how to approach such people.

The outreach begins 

Brother Joe Siciila leads his 24 youths in Mweemba area. He distributes some gospel tracts to his group as tools to use during the 14 days outreach. It was exciting to see youths as young as 12 getting involved.

Here in this Church 3 groups were formed and the group leaders are distributing tracts to use during the 14 days of outreach. These tracts in local language served as bibles. For only the youth leaders had at list a bible each and the rest had none.

With enough tools in their hands, they are ready to go and having received instruction how to do it. They are ready to bite.

It was a life changing experience to see these young people swarm up beer halls, markets, shopping places, streets and talking to every individual they could meet. They knocked at every door and shared the word of God to everyone. Many of these youths had their first time experience to see people coming to Christ. This really lifted up their faith.

They went out individually to win souls at their own time. Some went in pairs but the work was done.

They went into the villages doing the works of Jesus Christ

As they went, they met a lot of their fellow Youths and had good time with them. Many of these youths believed in the Lord and joined the team in spreading the word.

Goats were bought for meat and Maize meal for nshima (pap). They sat in groups to have meals together.

Parents where there to cook for the youths. They played a big part in this outreach 

 

This outreach was an eye opener to both the youths and the Fathers. Nothing is impossible, a mile is started by just one step. The youths came back rejoicing and declared it can be done. Every one of them brought back a report on the goals and it was exciting to see that they scored the targeted number of souls for the outreach. 520,000 souls in 14 Days.

Each Church that participated in sending a group of youths took responsibility to disciple the new believers.

The dream now is to have this kind of outreaches every year not only on Christmas week but every 3 months or 4 months. We can have such an outreach every quarter of the year or every 3 months. Thus we can have 4 of such outreaches in a year. We live to bring people to Christ and we want to breathe out that life.

This will make everyone of the body of Christ to take part in wining souls to Christ. The Church will be at work.

We feel this is the answer to the Church in Africa. We have a lot of time to evangelize. If this is the leading of the Lord to have such outreaches 4 times every year, then let it be done.

2016 is the year of doing the works of Christ

I am overwhelmed and over joyed by this report and I am looking forward to yet another very successful year in the field with my family in Zambia. I am planning several visits to Albert and his teams this year.  There are almost one thousand unreached villages where we trust the Lord to build a physical and strong church in every one of these villages. The guys are fired up and impossible to stop! This is God in action!
